Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Interpret and execute plans and specifications.
- Ensure safety regulations are followed onsite.
- Manage materials and equipment on site.
- Communicate effectively with project managers engineers and other stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Civil Foreman for 5 years.
- Approval from ADNOC as Civil Foreman is mandatory
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
- Excellent knowledge of construction procedures equipment and safety guidelines.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
