Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

  • Design and create product listings with accurate, visually appealing, and compelling descriptions & Images.
  • Use design tools like Photoshop, Figma, or similar to create and enhance product images, ensuring high-quality visuals on app
  • Perform image editing tasks, including color correction, resizing, and file format conversions, to ensure visuals are properly formatted for use across different channels.
  • Performs High end retouch to re-create the texture, image manipulation, color correction and Pattern Matching according to standards
  • Support in creating visually engaging presentations to communicate product features, strategies, and content insights for internal and external stakeholders.

Data Management

  • Create and manage new product listings with accurate and compelling descriptions in both English and Arabic
  • Edit, update, and maintain product content in line with business requirements.
  • Ensure product images, descriptions, and specifications are up to date and adhere to company guidelines.

What Did We Order?

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required
  • Proficient in arabic and english (read/write & converse)
  • Well versed in image or video editing / color correction/ Pattern Matching under fast turnarounds.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Streamlining image or video editing workflows for high output
  • Computer technology experience with ability to administrate editing systems
  • Attention to detail and a relentless desire for innovation.
  • Understanding of the image production process, equipment, technology and roles
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar tools
  • Skill sets required: High end image edit (Skin correction, Color Correction, Pattern Matching)
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and Outlook
  • Good communication and presentation skills, verbal and written, in both individual and group situations for the purpose of knowledge transfer and skill development
  • Be able to maintain a positive attitude within a fast-paced environment and being team player
  • Research, discover and implement new tools, technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency

  • Ensuring content is free from grammatical errors, inconsistencies, and factual inaccuracies.
  • Reviewing content to make sure it aligns with brand voice and tone.
  • Spotting and correcting formatting issues, ensuring content is visually appealing and easy to read.

2. Content Editing and Proofreading

  • Editing content for clarity, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and overall readability.
  • Ensuring that content flows logically and is concise, relevant, and engaging for the target audience.
  • Proofreading content for final checks before publication or distribution.

3. Communication Skills

  • Collaborating with content creators (writers, designers, videographers) to ensure the content aligns with project requirements.
  • Communicating feedback effectively and professionally to content creators and team members.
  • Ensuring that team members understand content guidelines and quality expectations.

4. Project Management

  • Coordinating timelines and workflows for content creation, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Organizing and tracking content production schedules to ensure smooth, timely delivery.
  • Prioritizing content tasks based on urgency and importance, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

5. Knowledge of SEO and Digital Content Standards

  • Ensuring content follows SEO best practices for visibility and engagement, such as keyword optimization, metadata, and alt text for images.
  • Understanding user experience (UX) principles and how content fits within the overall website or digital strategy.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Drupal for content uploading and editing.

6. Problem-Solving

  • Identifying areas of content that may require improvement and offering solutions.
  • Troubleshooting quality issues and working with the team to resolve them quickly.
  • Managing content-related crises or urgent issues in a timely and efficient manner.
