Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

  • Act as a first point of contact and respond quickly for partner restaurant queries or complaints, calls and emails if the Sales Representatives are not available and delegate the task to the appropriate Sales Representatives
  • Upload and update restaurant information online and in a timely manner
  • Responsible for setting up and configuring the system for new partners and trainings and system issues from the vendor/partner side
  • Update and monitor the closed restaurants
  • Collection and documentation of restaurant contracts and amendments, filling of restaurant contracts, and other sales related data
  • Prepare contract delivery and pick up report on periodic basis
  • Manage quality account of the restaurant, ensuring continuous partner relationships and resolve operations issues between partner restaurants, users/partner restaurants and users
  • Prepare reports for partner restaurants on transmission methods, assist in programming and replacing GPRS printers and train restaurant/call center personnel on how to use transmission system (GPRS, Pigeon software)

Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including:

  • Follow-up activities
  • Transmission methods reports
  • Contract delivery and pickup report: Acknowledgment of the contract receiving and delivering for new restaurant

What you need to be successful

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
  • MS Office, Excel Certification
  • Must have a UAE Family Book.
  • Knowledge of CRM
  • Presentation, Interpersonal, Communication (written and verbal), Customer Service, Problem Solving and Negotiation Skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible in working
  • Ability to build good relationships with client

  • Managing multiple sales schedules, meetings, and tasks to keep everything on track.
  • Coordinating communication between sales teams, clients, and internal departments.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales orders, client interactions, and follow-up tasks.

  • Acting as a liaison between sales staff, clients, and other teams, ensuring effective communication and resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Preparing and sending professional communications, including emails, proposals, and reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Handling customer inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring excellent customer service.

3. Attention to Detail

  • Ensuring that all sales orders, contracts, and agreements are accurately processed and entered into the system.
  • Tracking customer data, inventory, and sales metrics to provide accurate reports and analysis.
  • Ensuring sales documents and records are accurate and up-to-date, reducing errors and avoiding customer dissatisfaction.

4. Time Management

  • Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively, especially during peak sales periods.
  • Coordinating schedules for sales staff and ensuring that deadlines and targets are met.

5. Customer Service

  • Providing outstanding service by addressing customer needs, handling inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Responding promptly to client requests and ensuring timely delivery of products or services.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by working closely with the sales team to resolve any customer issues.

6. Sales Reporting and Analysis

  • Preparing reports on sales performance, tracking progress against targets, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Using CRM software or spreadsheets to track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
  • Analyzing sales data to generate insights, helping the sales team make informed decisions.

7. Knowledge of CRM Systems

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and generate reports.
  • Ensuring that all sales leads and customer data are properly logged into the CRM for easy access and follow-up.

8. Teamwork and Collaboration

  • Supporting the sales team by providing them with the necessary tools, resources, and administrative assistance.
  • Working closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, finance, and logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
