Job Description
The ideal candidate should be sharp approachable and able to provide excellent customer service while efficiently handling transactions and assisting with store organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process purchases accurately using the cash register/POS system.
- Handle cash card and digital payments while ensuring proper billing and change.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Assist in store arrangement stock replenishment and organization.
- Follow company policies regarding transactions safety and hygiene.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math and computer skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Friendly sharp and proactive personality.
- Flexible to work shifts weekends and holidays as required.
- Fluency in English (French or Arabic is a plus).
