Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Mechanic to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Mechanic you will be responsible for diagnosing repairing and maintaining various types of vehicles ensuring they operate at peak performance and meet safety standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
- Diagnose mechanical issues using computerized and manual testing methods
- Repair or replace faulty parts components and systems
- Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks on all serviced vehicles
- Interpret technical manuals and schematics to guide repair processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members about vehicle conditions and repair needs
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques
- Perform road tests to ensure proper vehicle operation after repairs
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or technical school certification in automotive technology preferred
- 57 years of experience as an automotive mechanic
- ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications are a plus
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment hand tools and power tools
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Indepth knowledge of various vehicle makes and models
- Comprehensive understanding of automotive systems including engine transmission electrical and computerized components
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills in English
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various positions
- Valid UAE drivers license
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning new technologies
