1 Drive and develop sales of phosphonates (3 product variants) in UAE
focusing on growth and market penetration.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients distributors and strategic partners (e.g.
Italmatch Shandong Taihe Technologies).
3. Lead negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
4. Monitor market trends competitors and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
5. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing product development and technical) to align sales
strategies with business objectives.
6. Achieve and exceed annual sales targets managing a pipeline of opportunities in the range of $60 75K with a commission potential of 25%.
Qualifications:

MustHaves
Min 7years relevant experience
1Must have TSBD and sales exposure in chemicals/specialty chemicals (hunting role).
2Prefered candidates with Min 7 to 8 yrs in product knowledge in our product lines includes: Phosphonates Biodegradable Chelating Agents MBT Biocide Polymers Questoll Detergent Additive Acetyl Chloride.
3Strong planning and decisionmaking skills with proficiency in international communication.
