Roles and responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for luxury properties in collaboration with the onboarding department.
- Ensure all properties meet brand standards before they are added to the portfolio.
- Create and maintain comprehensive checklists for housekeeping, maintenance, and guest relations to ensure operational excellence.
- Regularly review and update checklists to adapt to evolving guest and property requirements.
- Oversee and manage daily check-ins and check-outs for luxury properties, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for guests.
- Coordinate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to prepare properties for guest arrivals and departures.
- Act as the main point of contact for the luxury properties portfolio.
- Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing guest experiences within the luxury segment.
- Monitor and support operational teams to ensure smooth and hassle-free stays for guests.
- Implement strategies to exceed guest expectations, addressing feedback promptly.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and guest relations teams to ensure cohesive operations.
- Provide guidance and training as needed to uphold the luxury standards of service.
- Monitor the performance and condition of luxury properties, implementing improvements as required.
- Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance, guest satisfaction, and operational challenges.
- Build and maintain detailed guest profiles, recording preferences and requirements for future reference to enhance the personalized guest experience.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with third-party service providers to offer additional guest services, such as limo services, tours, attractions, spas, and more.
- Ensure the availability and quality of the services to fulfil guest needs seamlessly.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in luxury hotels, property management, or event planning.
- Strong understanding of luxury market trends and client expectations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, property management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian) are a plus..
Desired candidate profile
Investment Strategy Development:
- Asset Allocation: Determining the appropriate mix of assets (equities, bonds, real estate, etc.) in the portfolio to match the client’s investment objectives and risk tolerance.
- Research and Analysis: Conducting in-depth research on market trends, economic data, and specific investments (e.g., stocks, bonds) to make informed decisions.
- Developing Investment Policies: Setting clear guidelines for the portfolio, including the desired level of risk, expected returns, and the investment horizon.
2. Managing Investments:
- Security Selection: Choosing specific securities (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, etc.) that will make up the portfolio, ensuring they align with the overall strategy.
- Monitoring Performance: Continuously tracking and reviewing the portfolio’s performance, adjusting investments as necessary to achieve the client’s goals.
- Rebalancing: Periodically adjusting the portfolio’s composition (e.g., buying or selling assets) to maintain the desired asset allocation or respond to market changes.
- Tax Optimization: Implementing strategies to minimize the portfolio’s tax liabilities, such as tax-loss harvesting or taking advantage of tax-deferred accounts.
3. Client Interaction and Reporting:
- Client Communication: Regularly communicating with clients about the portfolio’s performance, changes in the investment strategy, and any relevant market trends or economic shifts.
- Reports: Preparing and presenting reports that detail portfolio performance, including returns, holdings, risk metrics, and other relevant data.
- Understanding Client Goals: Gaining a clear understanding of the client’s financial objectives, time horizons, and risk preferences to ensure the portfolio aligns with their needs.
- Adjusting Strategy: Modifying the investment strategy based on changing client goals or market conditions.
4. Risk Management:
- Risk Assessment: Evaluating the risks associated with individual investments and the overall portfolio to ensure it stays within the client's risk tolerance.
- Diversification: Diversifying the portfolio to reduce risk and minimize the potential impact of market volatility on the portfolio's performance.
- Hedging: Using financial instruments like options, futures, or other derivatives to hedge against market downturns or specific risks.
5. Compliance and Regulation:
- Adhering to Regulations: Ensuring that the portfolio complies with relevant financial regulations and laws, such as SEC rules, tax laws, and fiduciary standards.
- Ethical Investing: Following ethical and sustainable investing practices when managing the portfolio, including considerations for socially responsible investing (SRI) or environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors.
