Roles and responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships:
- Identify, establish, and manage partnerships with key sectors, including local and international travel agencies, corporate clients, relocation companies, and Russian travel agents to boost guest acquisition.
- Build relationships with real estate agents, facility management/owner associations, trustees, and property management companies to drive landlord acquisitions and portfolio growth.
- Negotiate win-win agreements with service providers such as car rentals, yacht rentals, restaurants, butlers, and chefs to enhance guest experiences.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to place advertising roll-ups in strategic locations through trustees or partner networks.
Business Development:
- Lead initiatives that target growth in both guest bookings and landlord acquisitions by identifying new market opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.
- Drive corporate sales by fostering strong relationships with high-profile corporate clients and developing packages that cater to corporate stays.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that highlight business partnerships and maximize visibility in target markets.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations and long-term partnerships.
- Regularly report on partnership performance, providing insights into revenue growth, partner satisfaction, and areas for improvement.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in the tourism, real estate, and property management sectors, with a focus on high-value partnerships.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive actions to adjust partnership strategies in alignment with market shifts.
Desired candidate profile
Revenue Growth & Targets:
- Set and achieve revenue growth targets by expanding the company’s portfolio of landlords and corporate clients and maximizing existing relationships.
- Present strategic business development and partnership growth plans to the leadership team, with a focus on guest and landlord partnerships.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure partnership strategies align with company goals.
- Collaborate with the property management team to source new properties, leveraging partnerships with real estate agents and facility management companies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a similar role in the hotels, real estate, or tourism industry.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s tourism, real estate, and property management markets.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (especially Russian or Arabic) are a plus.
- Proven track record in strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple partners, and take ownership of the business development strategy.
