Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the insurance technology and fintech sectors within the industry with a proven track record in digital marketing. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that enhances our brand visibility engages our target audience and drives growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the companys objectives and market opportunities.

- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO/SEM email marketing social media and display advertising.

- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.

- Manage the marketing budget efficiently allocating resources to maximize ROI.
- Lead motivate and develop the marketing team fostering a culture of creativity collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing insurance technology and fintech sectors to keep our marketing strategies innovative and effective.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in marketing Business Administration or related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 57 years of experience in marketing with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong background in digital marketing insurance technology and fintech sectors.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing performance.
