Job Description
We are looking for a customerfocused and resultsdriven Sales Associate to join our retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers driving sales and maintaining an excellent shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers providing exceptional service.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Process sales transactions handle payments and issue receipts.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance.
- Assist in stock replenishment inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and returns professionally.
- Keep the store clean organized and wellstocked.
- Work collaboratively with the team to enhance store operations.
- Follow company policies sales procedures and safety guidelines.
Requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Degree in Sales/Marketing is a plus).
- 13 years of experience in retail sales or a customer service role (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced customeroriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
- Presentable wellgroomed and professional.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts weekends and holidays.
