Job Description

  • Accurately manage and update spreadsheets.
  • Draft format and proofread professional letters and emails.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide support.
  • Assist with basic technical support for audio and conference systems.
  • Perform administrative tasks including scheduling meetings and preparing documents.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams on projects and initiatives.

Qualifications :

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelors degree program (e.g. Business Administration Communications Engineering).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint (experience with Google Workspace is a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Basic understanding of audio and conference systems.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administration is a plus.
