Job Description
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients travel agencies and event planners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the hotels client portfolio.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Hospitality or related field
- 25 years of hotel sales experience with proven track record
- Strong negotiation communication and client relationship skills
