Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions related to the DSA channel including commissions and incentives.
- Reconcile accounts payments and financial discrepancies on a regular basis.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements reports and budgets for management review.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Process payments to DSAs and track commission structures.
- Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation as required.
- Monitor cash flow and manage expense reports to ensure financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with the compliance and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- 23 years of experience in accounting preferably in the financial services sector.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Tally or ERP systems).
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
