Responsibilities:
- Manage overall operations of the pool club ensuring smooth functioning.
- Lead and motivate the team to provide exceptional guest experiences.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and guest retention.
- Coordinate with marketing for promotions and events.
- Oversee budget inventory and compliance with health and safety standards.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury beach clubs.
- Proven leadership and financial management skills.
- Fluent in English; bilingual candidates prioritized.
