Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. As an Administrative Assistant you will handle various tasks that range from managing correspondence to providing exceptional support to our team members and clients. Your organizational skills and proactive mindset will be crucial as you assist with scheduling meetings maintaining files and ensuring that communication flows seamlessly throughout the organization. You will also play a vital role in preparing reports conducting research and managing office supplies inventory. Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize scheduling of meetings and appointments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails and phone calls.
  • Prepare and maintain documents reports and presentations as needed.
  • Assist in the organization of company events and meetings.
  • Maintain and update office filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
  • Provide support in maintaining supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline office procedures and enhance efficiency.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in another relevant administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and office management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Demonstrated problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary is a plus.
