We are looking for a customerfocused and professional Call Center Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls emails and chat inquiries in a professional manner.
Provide information about products and services to customers.
Handle customer complaints and concerns ensuring prompt resolution.
Make outbound calls for followups surveys and promotions (if required).
Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
Meet performance targets for response time resolution rate and customer satisfaction.
Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Follow company scripts guidelines and UAE customer service regulations.
Keep uptodate with company policies products and promotions.
Conduct telemarketing and lead generation when required.
Requirements
Requirements:
High school diploma or Bachelor s degree in Business Communications or a related field.
13 years of experience in a call center or customer service role (UAE experience preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus).
Strong problemsolving and active listening skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
Experience using CRM software call center systems and MS Office.
Positive attitude with strong customer service and sales skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
