Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Manager Architectural to join our prestigious firm in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our leadership team you will oversee and guide the architectural design process for highprofile projects across the region.
- Lead and inspire a team of architects and designers fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Manage multiple complex architectural projects from concept to completion ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with clients stakeholders and crossfunctional teams to develop and refine architectural designs
- Oversee the creation of detailed design drawings specifications and other technical documents
- Ensure compliance with local building codes regulations and sustainability standards
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve project outcomes
- Develop and implement design strategies aligned with client requirements and project objectives
- Manage project budgets resources and timelines effectively
- Present design concepts and progress updates to clients and senior management
- Stay abreast of industry trends and innovative design practices to maintain the firms competitive edge
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Professional architectural licence or registration
- Minimum 12 years of experience in architectural design with a proven track record of managing complex mix used development projects
- Advanced proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD Revit and SketchUp
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing and mentoring design teams
- Indepth knowledge of architectural design principles practices and current industry trends
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Dubai and the UAE
- Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills
- Experience in client relations and stakeholder management
- Understanding of sustainable design practices and LEED principles
- LEED AP certification is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
