Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
As an Engineer ELV (Extra Low Voltage) you will be responsible for designing installing and maintaining various low voltage systems to ensure the efficient operation of electrical equipment and systems.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- Designing ELV systems incorporating security access control CCTV fire alarm and other low voltage systems.
- Installing testing and commissioning ELV systems in accordance with project requirements.
- Conducting regular maintenance and troubleshooting tasks on ELV systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborating with other engineers technicians and project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to recommend improvements and enhancements to existing systems.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience of 5 years working with ELV systems in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of low voltage systems such as security access control CCTV and fire alarm systems.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in the field.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proficiency in designing installing and maintaining extralow voltage (ELV) systems.
- Knowledge of various ELV systems such as structured cabling CCTV access control and security systems.
- Understanding of industry standards and regulations related to ELV systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with ELV systems.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Project management skills to oversee ELV projects from start to finish
- Candidate must be locally available in the UAE.
- Can join immediately once selected.
