Job Description
Guest Service Agent
You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Guest Service Agent you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience the come when they arrive!
What you will be doing:
- Consistently offer exceptional friendly and engaging service
- Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through upselling
- Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
- Book room reservation requests enter rooming lists and update accurate information in the system
- Answer phone calls and queries provide necessary information and respond to emails in a timely manner
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Should have min. 2 years experience as Reservations Agent / Telephone Operator for a 5 Star Hotel/Resort in UAE
- Guest focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
- Prior experience working with Opera will be preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Multilingual i.e. Russian/ Arabic language would be a plus
