Job Description
The key focus of this role is to support the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage by the following:
- Overseeing daily operations in all food and beverage service areas to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Develop and implement operational policies standards and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health safety and quality standards.
- Lead train and manage the food and beverage service team fostering a productive and positive work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations identify training needs and provide ongoing coaching.
- Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly using feedback to improve service delivery.
- Manage expenses and ensure costeffective operations.
- Analyse sales trends and recommend strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
- Continuously assess and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend the implementation of new procedures or technologies to streamline operations.
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5 years experience in food and beverage management within UAE.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Knowledge of financial management principles and experience in budget management.
