Job Description
Our client a leading UAEbased group of companies specializing in premium automotive products and services is seeking an experienced Upholstery Supervisor to lead their upholstery team in Dubai.
Role Overview:
As an Upholstery Supervisor you will oversee the installation repair and customization of vehicle interiors ensuring topquality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. You will manage a team of technicians coordinate tasks and ensure timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the upholstery team ensuring efficient workflow and quality standards.
- Oversee tasks such as seat repairs leather replacements dashboard restoration and headliner customization.
- Inspect and prepare vehicles for interior work.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools equipment and materials.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet project deadlines and customer expectations.
- Train and guide team members to enhance skills and maintain high standards.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive upholstery with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of materials tools and techniques used in automotive interiors.
- Ability to manage a team and coordinate multiple projects efficiently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Only candidates currently located in the UAE will be considered.
