Job Description
Job Descrition:
- Creating conceptual visions for a variety of private and publicsector landscape architecture projects.
- Concept design development and provide cost estimating detail design services contract document preparation and undertake various field services such as site inventories and construction inspection and reports.
- Management and production of project design drafting and detailing.
- Illustration of design concepts and preparation of design reports.
- Preparation and production of design and construction drawings and schematic illustrations
- Design detailing in an accurate and efficient manner
- Assisting in the preparation of schedules of quantity and cost estimates
- Illustration of design concepts and preparation of design reports.
- Ability to thrive in a multidisciplined and multicultural environment.
- Ability to execute a project from concept through construction documentation.
- Cutting edge landscape design
- Strong graphic capabilities
- Attend client meetings and inhouse meetings.
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced work environment
Qualification:
- A degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university or a combination of related education and experience.
- 812 years of work experience
- A sound understanding of landscape architectural design principles practice work requirements and construction methods.
- CMLI / IFLA registration and internationally recognized accreditation preferred
