The job holder will play a crucial role in the presales and solution design process by collaborating with sales teams and prospective clients to understand their business requirements and propose tailored solutions mapped to clients strategic objectives using our companys applications. Your primary responsibility is to engage in due diligence with prospects and clients to understand their business and technical challenges map our products to their challenges as business enablement solutions. You will assist in closing deals.
Job Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:
Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs challenges and objectives.
Conduct thorough needs analysis and align client requirements with the capabilities of our applications.
Product Knowledge:
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the features functionalities and benefits of our applications.
Stay updated on industry trends competitor offerings and emerging technologies relevant to our applications.
Solution Design:
Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to design customized solutions that meet client requirements.
Create and present compelling product demonstrations to showcase the applications capabilities and benefits.
Proposal Development:
Work closely with the sales team to develop and customize proposals presentations and other sales materials.
Clearly articulate the value proposition of our applications and address client concerns.
Technical Expertise:
Provide technical expertise during presales discussions addressing client inquiries on application architecture integration capabilities and scalability.
Collaborate with the technical support and development teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of technical aspects.
Competitive Analysis:
Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses of our applications compared to competitors.
Position our applications effectively against competing solutions in the market.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and internal teams.
Collaborate with sales marketing and product development teams to align strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
Feedback Collection:
Gather feedback from client interactions and incorporate it into product development discussions.
Provide input on market trends client needs and competitive landscape to enhance product positioning.
