Key Responsibilities:
Build & Manage Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
Property Listings: Develop and manage a portfolio of properties ensuring effective marketing to attract potential buyers.
Sales & Negotiations: Handle sales transactions from start to finish including negotiations and contract signings.
Market Analysis: Remain informed on market trends property values and investment opportunities to offer clients accurate and insightful advice.
Client Support: Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring personalized and professional support throughout the buying or selling process.
*Organization: Manage old inquiries and track workload effectively ensuring efficient time management.
Candidate Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a related sales field
Fluency in English is essential; bilingual candidates are especially encouraged to apply
Experience with international clients or a willingness to engage with a global clientele
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
Strong work ethic selfmotivation and a genuine passion for real estate
A driving license is a plus but not required
