Job Description

The Role
Guildhall is the leading recruitment agency in Dubai specializing in providing bespoke talent acquisition solutions for highprofile clients in the region and beyond. With an impressive track record of delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes we are now seeking an experienced and driven Recruiter to join our team for a largescale RPO project. As a Recruiter Technology & IT Talent Acquisition you will be integral to our mission of sourcing and placing toptier technical talent for a key client expanding into the UAE. You will be responsible for managing endtoend recruitment processes ensuring the delivery of highquality candidates while meeting tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and develop job descriptions. Source screen and shortlist candidates using a variety of channels including LinkedIn Gulf Talent and other job boards. Conduct initial interviews to assess technical expertise cultural fit and career motivations. Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding ensuring timely and clear communication. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent in IT and technology roles such as software developers machine learning engineers and DevOps specialists. Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the ATS system. Act as a brand ambassador for Guildhall promoting our clients values and opportunities in the UAE.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in the IT or technology sector (agency or inhouse). Proven expertise in sourcing for roles like software engineers data scientists and other technical profiles. Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter job boards and other sourcing tools. Excellent understanding of the tech labor market Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a highvolume recruitment environment. Familiarity with largescale hiring projects.
