Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented Mystery Shopper to join our team for assignments in the Gulf region. As a Mystery Shopper you will play a pivotal role in evaluating and ensuring the quality standards of hotels through discreet observations and detailed reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of hotels within the Gulf region
- Evaluate service quality adherence to standards and overall guest experience.
- Thoroughly document observations and findings in comprehensive reports.
- Provide constructive feedback aimed at enhancing service excellence.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in hotel operations or hospitalityrelated roles.
- Exceptional reportwriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong observational and analytical abilities.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate parttime assignments.
