Roles and responsibilities
- Strong advocate for consumers using our platform. You’ll be responsible for defining, validating, communicating, and delivering an end-to-end product that solves the most important and complex problems our audience is facing.
- Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of an innovative, compelling product suite across cross-functional teams in the company
- Build, develop and lead a highly talented team of product managers and align them with the end-to-end product line vision and goals.
- Manage a wide set of stakeholders with varying objectives to align on, support the successful launch and growth of your product suite.
- Communicate the business and operational impact of your products, identify and mitigate risks
What You'll Do?
- Strong experience in product management-specific role(s)
- At Least 5-10+ years of product management experience
- Proven experience in leading and developing a highly functional and engaged team of professional product managers with diverse backgrounds.
- Experience with launching and growing B2C products across mobile and/or web with a preference for experience in EMEA
- Strong experience in implementing modern methodologies to rapidly develop innovative products which delight customers and drive growth (eg. Agile, A/B testing, growth hacking,).

Product Strategy and Vision:
- Define the overall product vision and strategy based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Set long-term and short-term product objectives and ensure alignment with the company's broader strategic objectives.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation.

Product Roadmap Development:
- Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, outlining key milestones, timelines, and deliverables for the product.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Communicate the roadmap to all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the product is developed, marketed, and sold effectively.
- Serve as the central point of contact for all departments involved in the product's lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure the product is user-friendly and meets customer expectations.

Product Development and Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and concept development to launch, growth, and eventual discontinuation.
- Work with engineering teams to define product requirements and ensure features are built according to specifications.
- Ensure products are delivered on time and within budget, managing any risks or issues that arise during development.

Customer and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to guide product decisions and improve features.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
- Use customer insights to iterate on product features and prioritize enhancements that deliver the most value.
