Job Description
National Fire Fighting Manufacturing Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and leadership with a passion for ensuring safety and quality in all aspects of the job. As a Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the production process managing a team of employees and ensuring that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of production workers including maintenance technicians.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet project deadlines.
Communicate effectively with upper management regarding production updates issues and suggestions for improvement.
Oversee repairs and maintenance to ensure accurate and timely completion
FA Programmer FF testing and Commissioning for pumps
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of production processes equipment and materials.
Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software.
Working Conditions:
This is a fulltime position with occasional evening and weekend work required.
The role may require standing walking and lifting up to 50 pounds.
The job may involve exposure to loud noises fumes and hazardous materials.
Protective gear will be provided and must be worn at all times.
