Develop Client Operations Technical, Core Business Technology strategy, setting up processes and procedures for accelerated adoption. Maintain and manage client Operations technology roadmaps in-line with company’s objectives, contribute to Autonomous Operation Journey and ensure timely delivery of technology KPIs.
Formulate and implement a comprehensive AI strategy encompassing the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions across operations. Manage the AIQ portfolio to scale AI products within OPCO, driving efficiency improvements, operational enhancements, and sustainable growth.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent discipline.
- 10 years of experience; including atleast experience in Engineering/ Geology/ Petro- Physics/ Drilling requirements.
- Extensive experience in the Exploration and Production ( E&P) Engineering
- Excellent knowledge of technical Software applications & workflows.
- Proficient communication, interpersonal and people management skills.

Technical Skills

Industrial Control Systems (ICS):
- Expertise in the design, implementation, and maintenance of industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), and DCS (Distributed Control Systems).
- Experience with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), RTUs (Remote Terminal Units), and embedded systems used in operational environments.

Automation and Robotics:
- Knowledge of automation systems used in industrial processes, including robotics, HMI (Human-Machine Interface), and real-time control systems.
- Proficiency in programming and configuring automation equipment for manufacturing, process control, or utility applications.

Networking and Communication Protocols:
- In-depth understanding of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, OPC, MQTT, and Ethernet/IP.
