Job Description
- Lead E&I engineering activities for assigned projects.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules budgets and resource allocation.
- Ensure adherence to ADNOCs project execution procedures and standards.
- Oversee the design procurement and construction phases of E&I systems.
- Review and approve engineering deliverables drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including civil mechanical and HSE departments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for ADNOC and project stakeholders.
- Prepare and present progress reports ensuring transparency in project status.
- Address and resolve technical issues with clients and subcontractors.
- nsure projects meet ADNOCs quality standards and international codes.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
- Oversee inspections and audits to maintain compliance.
- Promote and enforce ADNOCs safety policies onsite.
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and industry best practices
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and project staff.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Instrumentation or a related engineering discipline.
- 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas E&I projects with at least 5 years in a senior role.
- Previous experience with ADNOC projects is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in E&I design software (e.g. ETAP AutoCAD).
- Strong understanding of ADNOCs specifications standards and HSE practices.
- Excellent leadership problemsolving and communication skills.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred).
