CNS is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated a Female Cloud Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is dedicated to driving the growth of our cloud business by penetrating new accounts generating demand and delivering exceptional cloud solutions to our clients.
As part of one of the most reputable system integrators in the UAE you will play a critical role in positioning CNS as a leader in cloud services while building strong customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Account Penetration:
- Identify target and develop new accounts across various industries to drive cloud adoption.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers in target accounts.
- Develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Demand Generation:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute demandgeneration campaigns.
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Proactively generate leads through networking events cold calling and referrals.
- Cloud Selling:
- Utilize deep knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. Azure AWS Google Cloud) to present and sell cloudbased solutions.
- Understand customer requirements provide consultations and demonstrate the value of cloud services.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Sales Execution:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and longterm partnerships.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Organization and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales performance opportunities and challenges.
Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in Cloud Selling preferably with exposure to leading cloud platforms like Azure AWS or Google Cloud.
- Proven track record in sales with strong skills in account penetration and demand generation.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Highly preferable for the candidate to be female to align with our organizational diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- UAE driving license is highly required to facilitate client meetings and sales engagements.
- Ability to understand customer needs and articulate technical solutions in a business context.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
