Identify and mitigate potential cost overruns through proactive planning and monitoring.
Health and Safety Compliance
Ensure that all fit-out activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Procurement and Vendor Management
Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for fit-out projects.
Evaluate and manage vendor and contractor performance to ensure timely and quality deliveries.
Reporting and Documentation
Prepare regular progress reports, including updates on timelines, budgets, and quality metrics.
Maintain accurate project documentation for future reference and compliance purposes.
Continuous Improvement
Evaluate completed projects to identify areas for improvement in processes and strategies.
Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction in future projects.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field, RICS certified Chartered Surveyor
Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in fit-out management for commercial properties, including high-end office and retail spaces.
