Roles and responsibilities
- The Strategy & Analytics team is leading some of the most critical and exciting initiatives of the company, where we bring problem-solving and data skills together in order to make a change in the way the organization operates.
- Now, we’re looking for an MBA Associate who’ll help us with some of the most strategic projects of the company, for a period of minimum 3 months.
- You'd be working with a team including ex McKinsey, Bain, BCG and Big 4 consultants.
The role:
- Own and deliver a critical workstream of Business Performance within Strategy & Analytics department.
- Work very closely and problem-solve with stakeholders from around the business (Commercial, Growth, Product, etc.)
- Synthesize insights on our overall business performance and form your recommendations leveraging data and hypotheses-driven approach.
- Put your recommendations into an exceptional communication to convince senior leaders of the organization to take action (C-level exposure guaranteed!)
- Receive outstanding training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues on your teams
- Learn how to solve business problems using a hypothesis driven approach to create business impact
The person - You...
- Are currently an MBA student in a globally recognized, top-tier university
- Have experience with top-tier management consulting or technology firm pre-MBA
- Are capable of both high-level strategic thinking and detailed execution
- Have 3-5 years of relevant industry or functional work experience showing progressive/promotion and academic achievement
- Have outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Are fluent in English
