We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive our business growth in the Interiors sector within the UAE and the wider GCC region.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and will play a crucial
role in generating leads, managing client relationships, and securing major design
projects & working directly with brands, and driving organizational growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Experience:
Minimum of 6 to 8 years of Sales &Marketing experience in the UAE exclusively in
Interior Design / Interior Manufacturing and Fit out Industry with proven record in
closing fitout projects in various sectors such as commercial, residential, retail and
hospitality, F &B.
Proven experience in networking within the Retail, hospitality, residential,
commercial and interior design/architecture community in Dubai or other UAE
regions.

Qualifications:
Bachelors / Masters degree in Business Management, Commerce
Valid UAE Driving License.

- Achieve Sales Targets: Work to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) by engaging with potential and existing customers.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, events, referrals, and social media.
- Sales Presentations and Pitches: Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company's products or services and explaining their benefits.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and addressing any concerns.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and prices with clients to close sales deals and create mutually beneficial arrangements.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company’s products, services, and market trends to answer customer questions and provide relevant solutions.
Marketing
- Campaign Development: Assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns to promote products or services through various channels, such as social media, email, print, and events.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitors, and trends in the industry. Use this data to develop targeted marketing strategies.
- Brand Promotion: Work on building and maintaining a strong brand presence through strategic advertising, public relations, and social media engagement.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop marketing materials such as brochures, websites, presentations, and social media posts.
- Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), email campaigns, and social media marketing to increase online presence.
- Event Management: Coordinate and participate in events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the brand and generate new leads.
Coordination & Collaboration
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the sales team, marketing team, and product development teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and strategies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and market trends. Use data to analyze and refine sales and marketing strategies.
- Client Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to the product or service development teams to improve offerings based on customer needs.
