Job Description
We are delighted to be recruiting for one of the regions premier financial institutions. This client has asked us to find an Agile Coach to work alongside their core internal team. The overall ask is to take 13 squads to agile maturity so excellent experience in coaching at team level is required (although this is most definitely an AC role not a Scrum Master position).
Were looking for a highly experienced allround coach (Scrum SAFe Kanban) who has coached previously in western Europe or the US (onsite). Alternatively coaches who are from the region and fluent in Arabic will also be considered. Offering a rate of 6500/month (taxfree AED equivalent) and regular flights home can also be negotiated.
This is an ongoing contract position with the potential to become a permanent position working as an employed Lithe consultant.
