Responsibilities:
- Develop Robust Backend Systems: Design and implement scalable efficient and secure backend systems to support AIdriven applications.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs): Seamlessly integrate LLMs into backend services ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Finetune and Optimize Models: Continuously finetune and optimize LLMs to meet specific project requirements.
- Build and Maintain APIs: Develop highperformance APIs to facilitate interaction with LLMs and other backend services.
- Conduct Code Reviews: Ensure the quality scalability and maintainability of code through thorough reviews.
- Evaluate and Test Technology Stacks: Experiment with and assess various technology stacks to identify the best tools for project needs.
- Support Research Initiatives: Assist in evaluating and implementing cuttingedge research in AI and NLP.
- Performance Testing: Analyze and optimize the stability and performance of models like LLAMA3.1/LLAMA3.2.
- Contribute to System Architecture: Play a pivotal role in designing the architecture for systems combining AI DevOps and software engineering principles.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role you should bring:
- Strong Python Skills: Advanced proficiency in Python with a focus on backend development.
- Experience with LLMs: Handson experience in setting up finetuning and integrating opensource LLMs into applications.
- Backend Development Expertise: Familiarity with frameworks such as Flask FastAPI.
- API Development: Proven experience in building and scaling APIs.
- Knowledge of AI Feedback Systems: Understanding of RLHF and related AI training methodologies.
- Familiarity with Data Science Tools: Knowledge of data science workflows and tools like Pandas NumPy and visualization libraries; experience with DataIKU is a plus.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to create simulations visualize data and address complex technical challenges effectively.
