Job Description
Emirates Park Zoo is looking for a reliable and customerfocused Outlet Cashier to join our team. As a cashier you will be responsible for providing excellent service to visitors at our retail outlets by managing transactions accurately and efficiently. This role requires someone who can work well under pressure has strong attention to detail and is enthusiastic about delivering a memorable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process cash credit and other payment methods for purchases efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a positive attitude and offer exceptional customer service to visitors.
- Ensure the cash register and work area are tidy and well organized.
- Balance cash drawers and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Assist with inventory control stock replenishment and product display organization.
- Communicate with the team regarding product availability and customer inquiries.
- Adhere to all Emirates Park Zoo policies and procedures including cash handling and safety standards.

Requirements
Benefits
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous cashier or customer service experience is preferred. Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
