Job Description
We re recruiting an Associate Manager Specialty Leasing for one of our clients based in Sharjah UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify negotiate and secure tenants for shortterm retail spaces events and promotions within the property
- Maximize occupancy rates by strategically placing shortterm retail and events to boost property revenue
- Actively engage with local and regional vendors entrepreneurs and startups to explore shortterm leasing opportunities
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new shortterm retail tenants
- Prepare review and oversee shortterm lease agreements and proposals
- Ensure all lease agreements adhere to property policies and regulatory requirements
- Monitor lease duration and handle renewals or terminations as needed
Requirements
- A Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Real Estate or a related field is required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in specialty leasing retail or property management
- Prior experience in kiosk or cart leasing is highly preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential
- Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory
