Are you a seasoned Project Manager with expertise in Retail Loan Origination Systems (LOS) implementation Were on the lookout for a dynamic professional to lead and oversee the full lifecycle of LOS projects from requirements gathering to golive!
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements
- Translate requirements into clear functional specifications
- Manage endtoend LOS implementation using Agile Waterfall or hybrid methodologies
- Drive process improvements and automation for enhanced loan processing efficiency
- Oversee testing and quality assurance to ensure system stability
- Develop training programs and provide user support postimplementation
- Manage vendor relationships contracts and service levels
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or a related field
- Proven track record in Project Management & Business Analysis within the LOS domain
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and project management frameworks (PMP Scrum etc.)
- Strong understanding of loan origination processes and financial services compliance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
