Job Description
We re recruiting an Operation Manager for one of our clients based in Dubai UAE.
About Our Client:
Our client is a wellestablished car rental company in the UAE offering exceptional rental and leasing services for both passenger and commercial vehicles. With a focus on quality and customer satisfaction they provide a wide range of vehicles to meet various mobility needs. Their commitment to delivering reliable and tailored solutions has made them a trusted choice for businesses and individuals alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve revenue targets while effectively managing costs and budgets
- Evaluate and adjust rental rates regularly
- Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies
- Streamline rental processes to enhance customer satisfaction
- Oversee rental locations and coordinate operations across multiple branches
- Supervise vehicle acquisition maintenance and disposal activities
- Monitor servicing schedules to ensure timely vehicle upkeep
- Maintain vehicles in optimal condition adhering to safety standards
- Track utilization rates and optimize fleet composition for efficiency
- Build and maintain strong relationships with car dealers and service providers
- Address escalated customer concerns and ensure smooth counter operations
- Develop robust insurance and liability protocols
- Manage accident and damage reporting processes
- Conduct market trend analysis and monitor competition
Requirements
- Graduate MBA or Engineering qualification
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in the UAEs car rental industry
- Strong expertise in delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Exceptional operational and organizational abilities
