Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of multiple outlets ensuring high standards of service quality and operational efficiency.
- Manage and inspire a team of 50 employees focusing on training development and performance management.
- Take ownership of restaurant openings and lead projects and events management with excellence.
- Monitor and analyze the P&L structure ensuring financial targets and operational KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Optimize delivery operations to enhance the customer experience and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to maintain smooth workflows and consistent brand standards.
- Build strong communication channels across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
Proven track record in managing multiunit casual dining or fast casual brands in the UAE.
Strong expertise in delivery operations is a plus.
Handson experience with restaurant openings project execution or events management.
Ability to lead and manage large teams (50 employees) while fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Experience in managing multicultural teams and working in diverse environments
Full understanding of P&L structures and F&B operational KPIs.
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ready to join immediately or by the first week of January.
