Training and Development Executive
Role:
To complete Training and development requirements across divisions by capturing requirements / Designing programs /Delivery /Evaluation.
Principle Accountability:
1.Conduct training need analysis based on skill evaluation
2.Develop training materials and deliver training as per training calendar
3.Improve training effectiveness by preparing training evaluation and action plan.
Job Responsibilities
i.Complete Training and development requirements across divisions by capturing requirements / Designing programs /Delivery /Evaluation.
ii.Complete Training and development requirements across divisions by capturing requirements / Designing programs /Delivery.
iii.Conduct Soft Skill training by getting training requirement developing modules and delivering training.
iv.Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis career paths annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
v.Analyse training needs compare with competencies required and prepare a first cut training plan for review with reporting Manager and respective division HoD.
vi.Facilitate OD Interventions across the organisations including Quality Circle and Skill Mapping.
vii.Managing Inhouse library and maximising readership month on month.
