Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our clients prestigious real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales and a proven track record of working with top property developers in Dubai. This role requires a dynamic professional with exceptional sales skills market knowledge and a clientfocused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and maximize growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers and key clients to drive repeat and referral business
- Lead sales efforts including client presentations negotiations and closing highvalue transactions
- Provide indepth market insights and advise clients on investment opportunities and property trends
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to optimize property listings marketing campaigns and client engagement
- Mentor and support the sales team ensuring consistent alignment with company goals and standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales with a strong network in Dubais property market
- Demonstrated success working with top property developers in Dubai
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a clientcentric approach
- Strong understanding of Dubais real estate market trends and regulations
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
