1. Exercise and Fitness Knowledge

Desired candidate profile
With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the resort’s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our guests and colleagues. Where you need to ensure that the Fitness Studio is operated in accordance with Standard Operational Procedures and adhere to Health & Safety Regulations. Support and assist in maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in all aspects of Fitness Centre operations. To meet and greet guests, carrying a friendly and positive attitude. Provide an efficient registration/check in to all guests as they arrive for scheduled trainings. In addition, to ensure that the Fitness booking system is operated in accordance with the department procedures, including the guest billing and upselling of the services. To provide overall guidance through individual consultation to ensure that they receive a holistic and beneficial time within the Fitness Studio in line with their expectations and goals. To promote the overall philosophy and services to reinforce the reputation and profile of the resort.
Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Assistant Recreation Manager and should have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five-star hotels. He/She must have a strong experience in the fitness section, dynamic, passionate, flexible and a team player. Excellent spoken and written English will be required.
