We are looking for a highly organized and techsavvy individual to support our dynamic lifestyle in Dubai.
Calendar Management / Managing daily schedules: Scheduling appointments meetings and managing time effectively.
Handle children s schedules and needs when necessary.
Email Management: Organizing and responding to emails prioritizing important messages.
Travel Arrangements: Planning and booking travel accommodation and itineraries.
Meeting Coordination: Preparing agendas taking minutes and following up on action items.
Project Management: Assisting with planning tracking and reporting on projects.
Communication: Acting as a liaison between executives and other stakeholders.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role(PreScreening Answers is a Must)
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in technology and various software applications
Flexibility to travel as needed
Strong communication skills
Strong planning
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Exceptional customer service skills.
Detailoriented
