Requirements:

Incident Management: Oversee incident response activities, coordinating investigations and remediation efforts following security breaches.
Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor security systems for suspicious activity and generate reports for senior management on security incidents and performance metrics.
Collaboration: Work with IT, legal, and compliance teams to ensure cohesive cybersecurity practices across the organization.
Training Programs: Develop and implement cybersecurity awareness training for all employees to foster a security-conscious culture.
Budget Management: Manage the cybersecurity budget, allocating resources effectively to enhance security measures.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, encryption, and endpoint protection.
Risk Management: Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities.
Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS) and industry standards for cybersecurity.
Incident Response: Skills in developing and executing incident response plans to address and mitigate security breaches.
