Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect potential customers, identify, qualify and develop a sales pipeline.
  • Negotiate terms of business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual bookings objectives.
  • Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent account management.
  • Attend meetings, events, and trade events as required.
  • Maintaining up-to-date Salesforce records through thorough verification and record amendments.
  • Initiate Cross selling activities for different accounts.
  • Conduct the resale process for the existing data, of the inbound marketing campaigns.
  • Receive and follow up qualified leads from the Business Development Assistant.

Requirements:

  • You must have previous experience selling Cybersecurity solutions or services.
  • Strong experience selling B2C direct to C-level clients
  • Strong network across UAE (Oman, Kuwait, Qatar would be desirable) (B2G & B2C) The ideal candidate will be currently working for a System Integrator.
  • Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative.
  • Experience growing revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing enterprise client accounts.
  • Security Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with organizational goals.

  • Policy Creation: Create and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect information assets and ensure compliance.

  • Team Management: Lead and manage the cybersecurity team, assigning tasks, providing mentorship, and conducting performance evaluations.

  • Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential threats and weaknesses in the organization’s security posture.

  • Incident Management: Oversee incident response activities, coordinating investigations and remediation efforts following security breaches.

  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor security systems for suspicious activity and generate reports for senior management on security incidents and performance metrics.

  • Collaboration: Work with IT, legal, and compliance teams to ensure cohesive cybersecurity practices across the organization.

  • Training Programs: Develop and implement cybersecurity awareness training for all employees to foster a security-conscious culture.

  • Budget Management: Manage the cybersecurity budget, allocating resources effectively to enhance security measures.


Desired candidate profile

  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, encryption, and endpoint protection.

  • Risk Management: Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS) and industry standards for cybersecurity.

  • Incident Response: Skills in developing and executing incident response plans to address and mitigate security breaches.

  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and mentor cybersecurity staff.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze security incidents and trends to improve defense mechanisms and response strategies.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation of security initiatives.

  • Awareness of Emerging Threats: Keeping up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.

  • Training and Development: Ability to develop and deliver training programs for employees on security best practices and awareness.
