Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics F&O Technical Consultant to join our Consultancy client on a 3-month contract, with fully remote working. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Microsoft Dynamics F&O and experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting solutions to meet client business needs.

  • Designing Dynamics 365 F&O solutions and providing ongoing support and training
  • Staying up to date with the latest developments in Microsoft 365 and related technologies
  • Sharing knowledge with the team and the wider business.
  • Client Assessment: Work with clients to assess their technical needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions.

  • Solution Design: Develop and propose technical solutions that align with client objectives and requirements.

  • Implementation: Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively.

  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct testing to ensure that solutions meet specifications and quality standards.

  • Training: Provide training sessions for clients and end-users to facilitate the adoption of new systems or technologies.

  • Ongoing Support: Offer technical support and maintenance services to clients post-implementation, addressing any issues that arise.

  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication throughout the consulting process.

  • Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.

  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide informed recommendations.

  • Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback to continuously improve services and adapt to changing needs.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of relevant technologies, software, and systems pertinent to the industry or specific solutions being provided.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective technical solutions.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Project Management: Proficiency in managing projects, including planning, execution, and resource allocation.

  • Customer Focus: A strong commitment to understanding client needs and delivering exceptional service.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess data and performance metrics to make informed recommendations.

  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust strategies and solutions based on evolving client needs or technological advancements.

  • Training and Support: Experience in training clients on new systems and providing ongoing technical support.

  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and sales.

  • Documentation: Strong skills in creating detailed documentation for systems, processes, and user guides.
