Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

My client are a global industry leading Digital Media business. They are looking to recruit a Partnership Manager - Russia to manage relationships with key accounts across multiple industry sectors.

Role Overview: As a Partnership Manager, you will be the driving force behind developing and nurturing strategic relationships with key partners. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and maximize partnership potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership strategies with business goals.
  • Analyze partnership performance and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
  • Proven experience within Digital Media/ Performance Marketing
  • Fluent in Russia
