Job Description
We are recruiting a Retail Lease Contract Manager for one of our clients based in Sharjah UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate lease proposals and negotiate terms to secure favorable outcomes for the company
- Draft review and revise lease agreements amendments and related documents to ensure clarity and adherence to company standards
- Collaborate with legal counsel to minimize risks and address potential issues within lease agreements
- Ensure the timely execution of lease documents and adherence to internal approval processes
- Perform financial analyses of lease agreements to evaluate their impact on the company s financial performance including cash flow ROI and costbenefit assessments
- Monitor rent payments operating expenses and common area maintenance (CAM) charges to ensure accuracy and compliance with lease terms
- Support the development of leasing strategies that align with the companys growth objectives and market opportunities
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with landlords tenants brokers and internal teams to promote effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Legal Studies Finance or a related field
- Over 5 years of experience in retail lease management commercial real estate or property management
- Indepth knowledge of real estate principles leasing strategies and financial analysis
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven history of successful lease agreements
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving capabilities with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Arabic is preferred
