Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver high-quality presentations that effectively communicate key messages and information to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with content creators, subject matter experts, and other team members to gather information and create presentation materials.
  • Conduct thorough research on topics to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
  • Customize presentations to suit the needs and preferences of specific audiences.
  • Utilize multimedia tools and technologies to enhance presentations and engage audience members.
  • Rehearse and refine presentations to ensure smooth delivery and maximum impact.
  • Act as a brand ambassador during presentations, maintaining professionalism and upholding the organization's values.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in presentation delivery.
  • Provide feedback and support to junior presenters to help them improve their skills and performance.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, events, and other public speaking engagements as required.

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

  • Valid UAE passport, Family book (Khulasat Al Qaid)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Media, Broadcasting, Content Creation, or related field
  • 2 years in Media, Presenter, or related field
  • Technically confident in a studio, and ready to learn about emerging technologies or new equipment.
  • Clear and pleasing voice for radio, and the ability to communicate on all platforms with warmth, humor and personality.
  • Strong knowledge and passion in Arabic music genres, with a deep understanding of Arabic audience preferences
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • creative and must be able to continuously source or generate ideas for their show.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt easily to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in social media content creation, planning, online applications & other relevant software, and tools

  • Presentation Skills: Exceptional ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations, utilizing effective storytelling techniques and visuals.

  • Public Speaking: Strong public speaking skills to confidently address diverse audiences, whether in-person or virtually.

  • Content Development: Proficiency in creating and curating compelling presentation content tailored to the audience's needs and interests.

  • Audience Engagement: Skills in interacting with the audience, encouraging participation, and responding to questions or feedback effectively.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex information clearly and concisely.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote) and tools (e.g., Zoom, Webex) to enhance delivery and engagement.

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and research to support presentation content, providing insights and recommendations.

  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust presentation styles and content based on audience reactions and changing circumstances.

  • Collaboration: Skills in working with teams to gather input, feedback, and resources for effective presentation development.

  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills to plan and prepare presentations within set timelines.

  • Brand Awareness: Understanding of the organization's brand and messaging to ensure presentations align with overall goals and values.

  • Feedback Incorporation: Ability to accept and incorporate feedback to improve presentation skills and effectiveness continually.
